this feels all too much like last winter, I don't know if I can do that again...

I went to an Inter-Faith service for Ramadan and I feel like something changed like I am a better me. I feel oddly glowing and fulfilled so I also have some new life goals:
o Find God
o Change a life
o Fall in love
o Help people
o Love my life
o Eat indigenous junk food on every continent

if I go crazy now, will you still call me superman?
how did we get to this place?
where everything seems different,
older more serious
we're too young,
to feel this young
I just want to feel young
and irresponsible, again
is that too much to ask?

FAIL!
I have been a miserable failure at updating this summer but I keep a journal so expect me to put up some entries later on interesting topics such as boys (or boy as the case may be), CPR and the obese man, The Leech, Infinity and Tales of the Metro Bus

Last Train
You haven't changed.
Stand in the light,
I need to see you,
uncover my eyes.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The tears coming down,
making lines on your face.
One for each year, now
that you've been away.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
We were only kids,
we ran like water.
Your dad said,
stay away from my daughter.
The sun was coming down when I said,
can't you just believe?
